We aim to dispatch orders quickly to reduce the time you are waiting for your parcel. This means that your order may have been dispatched before we receive your cancellation request. We may be able to cancel your order, however we cannot guarantee this. Please email us quoting your order number for a cancellation request.

Customers have 15 days from the day they receive their order to initiate a return. Customers will then have a further 15 days to send the item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and a £2.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the costs or returning the parcel. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed and in original packaging. This includes all tags and boxes to be in tacked. Please note that any items returned with signs of being worn, washed or with any tags removed, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Once a returns form has been filled out you will receive a returns label via email. This label must be printed and attached to your parcel and returned via the courier drop off point. A £2.99 returns fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
